Self Stick Insulation Hangers
Self Stick Insulation Hangers are used to fix insulation to walls and ceilings. The Self Stick Insulation Hanger has a steel base with ready-to-use 'peel and stick' foam adhesive for quick and easy installation to metal panels. The base has a sharp pin to pierce the insulation. A self-locking washer is then placed over the pin to hold the insulation firmly in place. Excess pin length can be trimmed with the Channellock end cutter.
Self Stick Insulation Hangers are capable of adhering directly to a variety of surfaces through their self-adhesive material, allowing the insulation to be securely hung in a designated location without the need for additional fixing tools or methods. These hangers are widely used in buildings, HVAC systems, cold storage facilities, and anywhere insulation is required.

Structure and characteristics
Structure:
Self Stick Insulation Hangers are usually composed of two parts: the hanger body and the adhesive material.
Hanger body is generally made of metal (such as stainless steel, galvanised steel, etc.) or plastic, with good strength and corrosion resistance.
The adhesive material is coated on the back of the hanger body and is used to adhere to the mounting surface.
Features:
Easy installation: no need to drill holes, screws and other tedious steps, just tear off the protective film on the back of the hanger and adhere it directly to the desired location.
Save time and cost: due to easy installation, it greatly shortens the construction period, and also reduces the labour cost.
Strong adaptability: It can be adhered to various material surfaces, such as metal, wood, concrete and so on.
High load-bearing capacity: although fixed by adhesive materials, the Self Stick Insulation Hangers still have a high load-bearing capacity, which ensures the stable hanging of the insulation materials.
The application scene

Construction: for thermal insulation treatment of walls, roofs and other parts.
HVAC system: used for thermal insulation and support fixing of pipelines, air ducts and other parts.
Cold storage facilities: used in cold storage, refrigerated trucks and other parts of the thermal insulation treatment.
Others: such as ships, aerospace and other areas of thermal insulation treatment.
