Stainless Steel Lacing Hooks

Stainless Steel Lacing Hooks are used for removable insulation blankets or cover fabrication, we manufacture 2 holes lacing hooks, Single hole lacing hooks. There are 4 versions

1: One Hole Lacing Hook-it is manufactured in stainless steel, Actually, it is the Lacing Anchor without pins( nails), some customer purchase this lacing hook and put the nail through the hole, at the back side, use a self locking washer to lock and twist the nail ends. They also work with the rivets, and the back side, they use a washer, finally punch the rivet to hold the lacing hook on the place. The hole on the lacing hook is available per request.

2: One hole lacing hook-these stainless steel lacing hooks are usually used in Europe market, they have longer hook, whole length with the round base is 33mm long, the hole on the round base is 4.2mm, they are fastened on the removable insulation blanket by the POP rivet.

3: One Hole Lacing hook, these stainless steel lacing hooks are usually used in Europe Market too, same as above lacing hook, the hole on the hook is 4.2mm too. The whole length is 22.5mm. But this stainless steel hook with a narrow base. They also work with the POP rivet to be held on the insulation blanket or jackets.

4: 2 Holes Lacing Hooks- these stainless steel lacing hooks have 2 holes of 4.8mm diameter, the diameter is 22mm, they work with the 2 holes lacing washers, Install the Lacing Hooks with wire, at back side, the wire go through the lacing washers and secure with Lacing Washers. Finally secure insulation by lacing through the hooks.
